1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the i1m88 online gaming platform, operated under an internationally recognised gaming licence. i1m88 provides live casino games, sports betting, slot games, crash games, and related entertainment services to eligible users, with a primary focus on the Malaysian market.

2. Definitions

• "Account" means the registered user account held by a Player on the i1m88 platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required to activate full account functionality.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the official currency of Malaysia and the sole currency of the i1m88 platform.
• "Platform" means the i1m88 website, games, betting interfaces, and associated services available at i1m88.cam.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.

3. Account Eligibility

To open and maintain an i1m88 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. i1m88 does not permit gambling by persons under 21, regardless of the legal gambling age in any specific jurisdiction. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or currently located in, any Prohibited Territory.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director, or close family member of any employee of i1m88 or its affiliated operators or game studios.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have voluntarily excluded yourself from online gambling services.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

4. Registration & Account Management

4.1 Account Creation

Each eligible player may hold only one (1) i1m88 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You must notify i1m88 promptly of any changes to this information.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. i1m88 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

4.3 KYC Verification

i1m88 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and on a risk-based basis at other points during the account lifecycle. You must submit a valid Malaysian identity document (MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and a selfie holding your ID. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held until verification is satisfactorily completed.

5. Deposits & Payments

All account transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). i1m88 supports the following payment methods for Malaysian players:

• Instant Transfer: DuitNow (DuitNow QR and DuitNow Transfer) — credited immediately upon successful transfer.
• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay — credited immediately upon confirmation.
• Online Banking via FPX: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect — processing time 5–15 minutes.

The minimum single deposit is RM30. The maximum single deposit is RM30,000, unless a higher limit has been specifically approved for your account in writing. i1m88 reserves the right to reject deposits that we reasonably suspect originate from illegitimate sources or that violate applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

Deposits made using payment methods that do not match the name on your registered i1m88 account may be rejected and returned. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that (a) belongs to the same person as the registered account holder and (b) was previously used to deposit into the account, wherever technically possible. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and protect players against fraud.

Expected processing times by withdrawal method are as follows:

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): under 5 minutes once approved.
• DuitNow / FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong): 5–15 minutes once approved.
• Bank Wire Transfer: 15–60 minutes; used as a fallback for higher-value transactions.

i1m88 aims to review and approve all withdrawal requests within 30 minutes during standard operating hours. Withdrawals may be subject to additional verification checks at our discretion, particularly for first-time withdrawals or requests that exceed standard thresholds. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification will have withdrawals held until verification is successfully completed.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on i1m88 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are published alongside each offer. By accepting any bonus, you agree to the terms of that specific promotion in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered at least twenty times (20x) the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. For welcome bonuses, the wagering requirement may be up to thirty times (30x) the bonus amount. Certain game categories (including, but not limited to, live dealer games and sports betting accumulators) may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements — refer to the individual promotion page for applicable contribution rates.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

i1m88 reserves the right to void any bonus, withhold any associated winnings, and close the relevant account if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player is abusing the bonus system. This includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using betting patterns specifically designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or engaging in coordinated play with other accounts.

7.4 VIP & Loyalty Rewards

Players who participate in the i1m88 Diamond Loyalty Programme earn reward points on eligible wagers. The programme operates across Bronze, Silver, and Diamond tiers, with tier-specific benefits including cashback rates, reload bonuses, and withdrawal processing priority. 8. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the i1m88 platform are provided by licensed international game studios and operate on certified random number generation (RNG) technology, where applicable. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for slot games are disclosed on the individual game information pages.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, i1m88 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's balance. We will not be liable for any bets that cannot be confirmed as having been properly placed and accepted by the game server prior to the malfunction.

Players must not use any software, script, bot, or automated tool to interact with the platform. Any account found to be using such tools will be suspended immediately and any accumulated winnings may be forfeited.

9. Sports Betting

i1m88 offers sports betting markets including but not limited to the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and NBA. All bets are subject to the applicable event rules and the specific conditions of the market in which the bet is placed.

Odds displayed on the platform are indicative until a bet is confirmed. i1m88 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault or data feed failure. Voided bets will be returned to the player's balance at the original stake amount.

For Mix Parlay bets — which combine multiple selections into a single accumulator bet — the voiding of any single selection within the parlay will result in that selection being treated as a single at odds of 1.00, with the remaining selections continuing as a reduced parlay. The final payout will be calculated based on the remaining valid selections only.

In-play (live) bets are accepted in real time and are subject to the prevailing live odds at the moment the bet is confirmed by our system. Bets will not be accepted or honoured if placed after the relevant event result has been determined, even if the platform has not yet reflected the updated odds.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the i1m88 platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Registering or operating more than one account.
• Using funds sourced from criminal activity, including money laundering.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities on the platform.
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in matched betting or arbitrage strategies specifically intended to abuse bonus terms.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy, or similar circumvention tool.
• Engaging in any conduct that i1m88 reasonably considers disruptive, abusive, or harmful to other players, staff, or the platform's integrity.

11. Responsible Gambling

i1m88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment — not a financial strategy or a means to resolve financial difficulties. The platform is intended for adults aged 21 and above only.

We provide the following responsible gambling tools, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Session Reminders: Configure time-based notifications to remind you of your session duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of your net gaming position during a session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary break from gambling (24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the i1m88 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irrevocable for a minimum period of six (6) months.

12. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the i1m88 platform — including but not limited to trademarks, trade names, logos, software, game content, text, graphics, and data — are owned by or licensed to i1m88. No content from the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of i1m88.

The i1m88 name and logo are registered marks of the operator. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including on third-party websites or in digital marketing materials — is strictly prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, i1m88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

i1m88 does not warrant that the platform will operate without interruption, that it will be free of errors at all times, or that defects will be corrected immediately. We reserve the right to suspend access to the platform for maintenance, security reviews, or other operational reasons with or without prior notice.

Our total aggregate liability to you under these Terms for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Suspension & Termination

i1m88 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.
• The account holder is engaging in, or facilitating, money laundering or other financial crime.
• The account holder no longer meets the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 3.
• We are required to do so in order to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or regulatory instructions.

In the event of account closure for cause, any outstanding balance in the account will be dealt with in accordance with applicable laws and our regulatory obligations. Balances associated with confirmed fraudulent or prohibited activity will be forfeited.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. We will process your request and return any available balance to your registered payment method after completing any outstanding verification requirements.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which i1m88 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.

Nothing in this clause limits the rights available to you under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence, including Malaysia, to the extent that such rights cannot lawfully be excluded or waived.

16. Amendments to These Terms

i1m88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify registered players of material changes via email to the address on file, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the current version was published. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
